I'm Denise J. Hart, founder of The Children's Theatre Workshop. 

Summer camp 2010 has wrapped up and the campers, staff and I are now moving into the 2010/11 school year.  The TCTW staff and I really enjoyed working with the 80 campers who participated in summer camp 2010.

For those of you who're eager to sign up, summer camp 2011 pre-registration begins in mid December. 

Although it's a bit early to sign up for summer camp 2011, one thing I can tell you right now is that TCTW is a place where young people and their families get to explore their creativity and strengthen their values while having an uber fun time.  I invite you to cruise around and learn more about how we help young people discover their greatest potential.  Check out a Sample Daily Schedule and see how we do what we do! Although a desire to go on to study Theatre or the Performing Arts is not a pre-requisite for attendance at TCTW, many of the students TCTW has had the privilege of training have gone on to attend local arts high schools such as, Duke Ellington School of the Arts, and Colleges and Universities such as: Howard University, Julliard, Penn State, New York University and Rutgers Mason School of the Arts.  Congratulations and kudos to all of the students who have become a part of the legacy of Performing Arts Training for Youth in the WDC metro area!!
